Steve's career as the head chef of a Japanese sushi restaurant has blossomed for over two decades. His first apprenticeship was 22 years ago in Los Angeles under head chef Ohohsawa, whom he served for three years. Since opening his own buisness on November 17, 1998, Steve has developed a love for the family feel of his restaurant. He places an emphasis on serving fresh, quality fish at inexpensive prices, and wants your family to enjoy the fruits of his labor. Steve and his staff take an immense amount of pride in the preparation and creation of sushi plates. Their craft is as much an art form as it is preparing an ideal meal.
