At the Serenity Holistic Life spa it is more than a Spa Treatment it is an "Experience" an experience of all the senses, creating balance and harmony of the of Body, Mind and Soul. We encourage you to experience the Serenity Spa, a life center for cleansing from the inside out. The therapeutic treatments will lead you to integrate balance and harmony to the inner and outer self by creating health and wellness physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Our signature products are organic herbal recipes used once by royalty in east Asia. It cleansing, detoxing, and anti-aging properties restore and balance skin to feel and look radiant. Each treatment is as unique as the individual, working with the skin unique ability to heal and maintain it elasticity.

YOGA STUDIO:
The studio is located in a relax and serene setting with classes held daily. We are located in the north county. The Studio is in the quite town of Templeton on the beautiful central coast of California. All teachers have received yoga alliance teacher training. Classes and workshops teach the ancient techiques of yoga and emphasis the five points of yoga: Proper exercise, breathing, nutrition, relaxation, meditation/ positive thinking.
